Summary: We collect information you provide and usage data to operate, secure, and improve ConnectMyMind. We use service providers (including AI model and messaging vendors), do not sell personal information for money, and offer rights to access, delete, or opt out of certain uses as described below.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how ConnectMyMind (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you use our websites, apps, AI features, and communications (the “Services”).

2. Information We Collect

  • Identifiers & Contact: name, email, phone number, mailing address, account IDs.
  • Account & Commercial Info: subscription tier, transactions, trial status, support history.
  • User Content & AI Inputs: prompts, files, context you submit; associated output logs.
  • Device/Network Data: IP, device type, OS, app version, carrier, language, time zone.
  • Usage & Analytics: pages/screens viewed, clickstream, session duration, feature usage.
  • Communications: email/SMS content and metadata, call recordings where permitted by law.
  • Approximate Location: inferred from IP or device settings.
  • Sensitive Data: we do not seek sensitive categories; avoid submitting health, financial account numbers, government IDs, or other sensitive data. If you submit such data, we process it per this Policy.

3. Sources

  • You: forms, prompts, uploads, support requests, SMS/phone interactions.
  • Automatic: cookies, SDKs, telemetry.
  • Third Parties: payment processors, analytics, app stores, authentication providers.

4. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, personalize, and secure the Services.
  • Generate AI outputs, maintain logs for quality and safety, and improve models and features.
  • Send transactional, security, service, and marketing communications (with consent where required).
  • Debug, monitor, and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.
  • Perform analytics and product research using de-identified and aggregated data.

Opt-Out of Content for Model Improvement: You may request we exclude your content from model improvement (where technically feasible) by emailing [email protected] with subject “AI Opt-Out”. This does not affect data used for safety, security, or legal compliance.

5. SMS/MMS (Mobile Messaging) Privacy

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel; HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you opt in, we collect your phone number, opt-in status, message content, delivery reports, and engagement metrics to deliver and improve the program, maintain consent records, and for compliance.

Opt out anytime by replying STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT) or contacting (561) 870-1432 / [email protected]. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

6. How We Share Information

  • Service Providers: cloud hosting, AI model vendors, analytics, payments, messaging, and support tools that process data on our behalf under contracts.
  • Business Partners: if you link accounts or request connections with third-party services.
  • Legal & Safety: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce terms, or protect rights and safety.
  • Corporate Events: in mergers, acquisitions, financing, or asset transfers.

“Sale”/“Sharing” (CPRA): We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics/ads may be considered “sharing.” You can opt out by contacting us as described below.

7. Cookies, SDKs & Analytics

We use cookies, pixels, and SDKs to operate the Services, remember preferences, measure performance, and understand feature usage. You can control cookies in your browser settings; some features may not function without them.

8. Interest-Based Advertising

We may work with partners to show ads based on online activity. You may limit interest-based ads via device settings (e.g., “Limit Ad Tracking”) and by contacting us to opt out of “sharing” under California law.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and context.

10. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Your Privacy Rights

California (CCPA/CPRA): You may request access, correction, deletion, and to opt out of certain “sharing.” We will not discriminate for exercising these rights. Submit requests to (561) 870-1432 or [email protected]. We will verify requests as required by law.

EEA/UK (GDPR): Where GDPR applies, legal bases include consent, contract performance, legitimate interests, and legal obligations. You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object, and data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Marketing Controls: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails via links in the messages. For SMS/MMS, reply STOP as described above.

Do Not Track: We currently do not respond to DNT signals due to lack of industry standards.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.

13. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries with different data protection laws than your country of residence.
